November Updates from Sage!

Winter is approaching fast and Sage collective members are excited to share healing space, food, events and remedies to keep the winter blues away and keep your body and mind strong.

1.  Give the Gift of Healing this Holiday Season!
Do your holiday shopping at Sage Community Health Collective this year. We are selling gift certificates,  wellness soup packs, Chinese herbal tea, herbs to help with food stagnation, bath salts and much much more. We have gift certificates available for Individual or community acupuncture, bodywork, and herbal or nutritional consults. For a limited time only if you buy over $100 dollars worth of gift certificates from Sage we will give you a free “wellness package” with a taste of all of our holiday goods worth over $30. 

  2.  Save the Date: Winter Celebration at Sage!

We have so much to celebrate and we want to celebrate with you! We are hosting a “winter bash” on the evening of Saturday, December 3rd with live music, yummy food and homemade mulled wine. More details to come. Stay tuned!

Upcoming November Workshop

TCM strategies for Abdominal Health — Thursday, November 10th We will cover the channels that enter the abdomen, which is known as your hara.  The hara is your center and contains your entire history.  We will discuss what foods and herbs to use to prevent and treat common disorders, plus self massage/acupressure and stretching for the channels that enter the abdomen.
Time: 6:30-8:30
Cost:  $20-40 sliding scale

4. Updates and Reminders

We now offer bodywork on Saturdays from 3:00 to 6:00! However we are no longer offering bodywork on Wednesday mornings. Stay tuned for more changes. We welcome feedback on our schedule and will try to accommodate all our patients’ needs.

5. Keep in Touch

Word on the street is some folks have not been receiving our newsletters and announcements and that they sometimes find our emails in their SPAM. To prevent this from happening make sure to
