Sage presents: Traditional Chinese Medicine Strategies for Abdominal Health
We will cover the channels that enter the abdomen, which is known as your hara. The hara is your body’s center and contains your internal organs as well as insight into your body’s physical and energetic history. We will discus…s what foods and herbs to use to prevent and treat common disorders, plus self massage/acupressure and stretching for the channels that enter the abdomen.

4. Updates and Reminders
We now offer bodywork on Saturdays from 3:00 to 6:00! However we are no longer offering bodywork on Wednesday mornings. Stay tuned for more changes. We welcome feedback on our schedule and will try to accommodate all our patients’ needs.
