Interested in discussing tough cases with other practitioners?
Want to build and connect more with the TCM community?
The TCM Case Study Roundtable!
When: Tuesday, June 21st from 6:30-8:30pm
Where: Sage Community Health Collective clinic
2514 W Armitage, #205
(entrance on Bingham – 2 blocks west of Western blue line stop)
Buzz “Sage Liz” or “Sage Jen” to enter
What: Each month, Sage Community Health Collective will host a roundtable discussion where TCM practitioners and students can come together and discuss interesting cases and share perspectives/resources.
Who: Steve Bonzak, L.Ac will be our guest facilitator for the first June roundtable. Steve is a faculty member and clinic supervisor at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. He has done extensive training in Shang Han Lun herbal medicine. For more info about Steve – check out his website at www.health-traditions.com
We will rotate guest facilitators at each of the monthly roundtable discussions — bringing in a variety of practitioners with different experiences, training and areas of focus.
How it works: This is meant to be an informal discussion to help create dialogue and a network of support and resources for our TCM community. If you have an interesting/challenging case to bring in, please feel free to bring in as much background and diagnostic information to share with the group.
***You do NOT need to bring in a case to present to participate in the roundtable. We will probably have time for a few cases in the 2 hour discussion.
Contact info: To RSVP or with questions/suggestions – please email us!
Suggested Donation: We are asking $5-$25 suggested donation to support Sage Community Health Collective but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. On May 1st, we opened our people’s wellness center – offering accessible, sliding scale, bilingual TCM services. Thank you for your support!
